Take the class 100%. You can really either just fly by everything and get an A, but what I love is that the material is so well curated and the professor is good at lecturing it as well that if can genuinely change your perspectives if you give it the opportunity to. Learned and did many workshops that was super engaging.

TAKE THE CLASS!! The class consists of two (4-5 page) reflection papers where you just reflect on the materials learned so far and then a zine which you can honestly take any direction you want as long as you connect to the material. The class was so interesting and really changed the way I thought about the world in the way of mindfulness and intentions. There was a fun little event we did collages too! Very understanding professor and usually would give extensions for the papers/project. As long as you do the work it's an easy A with engaging materials and a great professor! One of the most caring and chill professors I've ever taken. If you have the opportunity to take the class or him ever, JUST DO IT!
