Gannon is a super engaging lecturer. I didn't always understand concepts immediately but I think he explained them pretty well. The class content is interesting, I think, and Gannon's enthusiasm really shows. One of the more fun math classes.

Professor Gannon is the best part of this course. His comedy background forms a beautiful combination with his mathematical mind, making lectures a joy to attend. Admittedly, I did find the two weeks weeks a little dull because the course is designed to set up vital terms and concepts before jumping into anything remotely useful. The textbook is mediocre. It is not an official companion, and while the overall organization follows the course, there are many deviations and the explanations in the book are subpar at best. Exams are very fair. Grading is equally fair. Great course, nothing but praise and a few nitpicks.

He is a great lecturer and our tests were harder compared to other lectures, but our averages were so high which I think is due to the quality of his lectures and how engaging they were.
