one of the most amazing professors I've ever had at UCLA. Very clear and easy to follow lectures, fair tests. Homework was fun to do because he'd always use a LOTR or Star Wars theme every quarter, and being a nerd it's icing on the cake. He's also a very kind and fun professor, sometimes you can actually find him in the PIC lab helping students on homework, and even when some people are being completely rude he never says anything. The quarter I took him he even held his own review session for the midterm and brought snacks for us and for the review session held by the TA he brought food for us then. If I ever had to take a programming class again, it'd definitely be with him.
