Professor
Stephen Yenser
Most Helpful Review
At best, Professor Yenser's class is not an easy A; at worst, he's a downright subjective grader. I turned in all the assignments, every single one of them on time, went to all the class sections, participated heavily, turned in the final on time, and still got a B. I suspect that he may have taken a dislike to me the first day of class when I asked how the class would be graded and when he replied with "Does that matter to you?" I said yes. It's easy to interpret a grade up or down based on small things, particularly in creative writing. He wasn't a particularly good teacher either; not the worst I've had, but he had no problems browbeating any students who displeased him, and he was highly disorganized. Stay away from him if you can; there's no surety of what you're getting into.
