Most Helpful Review
The class was called "NGOs and International Development". I was an undergrad taking this grad seminar and I loved it. He's really flexible and wants you to understand the issues of development NGOs. He expects everyone to participate (there were less than 20 people in the class). He's got a wealth of knowledge and experience that he shares through personal stories, and that alone makes the class worth it. He's definitely a cynic of the development world and how (in)effective it really is--which makes the class have a more real-world feel (instead of the normal NGOs should solve all of the world's problems story).
