This was my favorite class at UCLA! His lectures were very interesting, contrary to what some have said.
He makes the class easy by preparing the students for the midterm and final. The class consists of 1 short paper, midterm and final. If you go to class and read, you will get a great grade! Also, Professor Teuscher is the NICEST professor here at UCLA!
I really enjoyed this class. Yes he does have a bit of an accent but that shouldn't stop you from taking his course.
Nuts and bolt of the course:
One 5-7 page paper on a borad topic that he gives you. This paper wasn't due until the second half of the course.
Mid term and final - 5 ID's and one essay. He hands out a study guide that has the exact IDs and essay questions on it. YAHOO!!!!! For the essay questions, he gives you 4 questions of which two will be on the test. You have to choose one from those two to write on. For the IDs, he gives you 12 Ids on the study guide, then there will be 5 on the test which you HAVE to answer.
