The nicest teacher you will ever have at UCLA. He cares so much you will not be able to hate him--even if you hate his course. The material is very interesting but studying for it is super difficult. The project sucks too. That all being said, I got an A in the class so its not as hard as I'm describing it. It's just not one of those easy GPA boosting classes. You gotta work kind of hard to get that A. He has two sections on his tests: the open and closed book part. Open book is the super hard part--closed is the easy one. Closed is just pay attention in class and take notes and you will get it. Open book is...well hopefully you're good at thinking on your feet and doing calculations (that is what an engineer does anyway).
