I took AA10 w/ him. It was the biggest waste of time I've had at UCLA. Learned nothing useful or interesting. He's hyperactive, which can be interesting, but the class is a joke. Part of our grade was based on how many times we twittered...are you kidding me? I'm not against easy GE's...everyone needs a break. But this was absurd, and the multiple choice midterm and final were kinda random (i dont what else to expect...there were no key concepts to begin with) so it's not a guaranteed easy A. I just don't have enough negative things to say...Nice guy though

Took AA10 with him, not Music60GS. It was an entertaining class, but the weird grading system's a turn-off. You have to write 4 essays about your experience watching a UCLA live performance and an outside performance, and those are worth a good chunk of your grade. I turned in drafts to my TA and received As on all of them, and once the final grades came out I saw that I got Bs on them. They somehow decided to change the grading system with the essays after the final, when everyone was getting ready for winter break. That sort of inconsistency is rather unfair, I think. The midterm and final had the most random questions that were probably glossed over during one or the other 2-hour-long lecture we had all quarter. I ended up with an A, probably because I did very well on the final. Basically, AA10 is an entertaining class but it can be a messy (in terms of organization and content) experience. I guess it also depends on who your TA is. Class was maybe a bit too artsy-fartsy for my taste, but no other GE fit into my schedule. :)

I don't too much care for the professor, but I will say that this class is a chill GE to take. Before the midterm I hardly ever went to lecture so I failed the midterm. After that, i attended lecture, actually paid attention, and did extra credit (he hands it out like hotcakes). I did incredibly well on the final and ended up with a B in the class! I hate the fact that his test are on the damn projector, because everyone has to finish one question before the class can go on.
