Professor Everhart is a chill guy overall. He strikes a great balance between being professional and approachable, which is rare in an instructor—especially one who outranks you by several pay grades. He’s very accommodating and thoughtful, always making sure students understand course material while also keeping things engaging.
What’s more, he is very funny. His sense of humor lands somewhere between "deadpan/dry" and "Air Force officer who’s seen it all." He keeps lectures entertaining with stories, quick wit, and well-timed one-liners that make you question whether he moonlights as a stand-up comedian.
Bottom line: If you want a class where you learn valuable leadership skills, hear great stories, and occasionally feel like you’re in a TED Talk (but with more acronyms), take his course. Highly recommended—unless you enjoy making things harder for yourself.
Professor Everhart is a pretty goated guy. His lectures not only inspired me but his confidence and humor during his classes were life changing for me. His grading was more than reasonable and helps you improve as a leader.
Professor Everhart's class is engaging and fun. His dry humor regularly makes the class laugh and his involvement with the students is great. He encouraged my desire to create an overwater basket weaving club after I was ousted from the underwater basket weaving club due to unreconcilable differences in weaving techniques. He is not only a mentor, but a chill guy. Thank you, Professor Everhart.
