Professor Wagoner is truly passionate about the history of higher education. He makes the material rich and interesting. He emphasizes class discussion and facilitates thought provoking discussions. Attendance is recorded through a weekly reflection (credit/no credit). Extra credit is offered through class presentations. Grade consist of attendance, midterm paper, and a final paper.
