Although some days can be a little dry, you will learn a lot through this course. The reading are reasonable, and who wouldn't want to read fairytales? You only have to write three short papers, and I got an A on every one. Take this "upper division GE course"!
the class is interesting. it goes in-depth about what might the fairy tale really be talking about. the best thing to do for this class is to participate in in-class discussions, and give him a draft of what you are writing for each of your papers. this way he can critique it and ask questions in which those answers you can put in your paper. he is hard to find outside of office hours so make them early.
