Professor Mithlo is great. She is highly intelligent and has a lot to provide to students. She kind of bounced around a lot during lecture but the class was still easy to follow. You must present in class once during the quarter then complete 3 short essays and a final Virtual Exhibit. The short essays were less than 500 words and easy to complete. The Virtual Exhibit required more effort where you find photos from archives and put them together into a final project. Weeks 9 and 10 were online for the presentations. This class was somewhat confusing at times with all the different topics and assignments but I would still recommend it for an easy Gender Studies upper div.
