This class taught me a lot. Professor is very knowledgeable about the subject, but sometimes takes for granted that students might not follow as easily. However, she is nice and will always explain again of you ask her to. Make sure to take notes during class, many topics cannot be found online, only through the teacher and some course materials
Professor Pirnazar is an excellent instructor who is passionate about the course material. She truly cars for her students' understanding and is very helpful if you have any questions. Be sure to attend every lecture, complete the assigned readings, and take good notes. Lastly, this is a must for students interested in exploring a largely unknown aspect of Persian Jews.
