He is one of the best accounting professors in UCLA. He tries a lot to clarify problems and answer questions from the students. Exams were straight forward if you know how to solve homework and in-class problems.

MGMT 120B is definitely more quantitative and challenging than MGMT 120A, but Professor Lu makes it more accessible. He's always willing to help you understand concepts better after the lecture — take advantage of that.

You really get out what you put in for this class. I recommend re-doing back of the chapter and note problems. Since this is probably the last quarter this class will be online, you really need to know everything by heart for in-person classes. It's accounting, so it's just repetition.

The textbook is pointless. Professor Lu's notes are comprehensive and easier to follow. Be ready to put in the hours for this class. Memorization is key.
