Fall 2016 - Very prolific research analyst from FOX who happens to teach at UCLA on the side because he cares and wants us younger folk to become informed of the industry we'll soon "inherit." Puopolo is very knowledgeable. He tries to get you to become more conscious and keep up with the business side of the entertainment/tech industries and to critically think how they strategize and make money. Very engaging class. You will learn a lot, especially about contemporary entertainment business politics, how companies rise and fall, and what sort of surprises might be around the corner. This class is gold.
