i can't believe the "can you hear me now?" guy is teaching at ucla. kudos to you sir.

professor smith was very entertaining. his lectures were straight forward and he has a great sense of humor (even when he found out that he forgot to zip up his pants). the only problem with the class was not him, but his ta's. they were horrible. i would definitely recommend him, but he needs to get a new set of ta's.

I took my first course in the department with him; and he totally convinced me I was in the right major. He presented the material in a very straight-forward manner and graded quite fairly (read: easily). His only major flaw is a tendency to over-explain some really easy concepts.
