Overall very good experience.
Grade based on weekly assignments (R studio or exam cheat sheets) with your assigned group, three in class quiz (about 15 multiple choice questions), session attendance and participation and an online final exam.
Attendance for lecture is not mandatory since all lectures were recorded, and you are allowed to take 2 free absences for discussion sessions without penalty. My TA Yiping is very helpful also.
Overall would recommend!

This was genuinely one of my favorite classes I have taken so far. I think partially because of the smaller lecture size and the arrangement of seats, without even going to office hours, I felt connected with the professor. One of my favorite qualities of the class is the fact that everything that he teaches about aligns with other classes I was taking at the time, so I genuinely recommend the class for everyone regardless of their major. I think the most difficult aspects of the classes are the quizzes because there are trick or weirdly written questions, but despite this with light studying an A or B is easily guaranteed on them. Even with not the best TA I found the class really engaging, and Eagan to be a really great professor who is obviously well knowledged and experienced in his field.
