Fink is a brilliant attorney, and he reminds you of this every lecture. Although his lectures can be entertaining, be prepared to hear him go on and on about cases that involve masturbation and strippers and such. Mr. Fink has a breast fetish, and loves to share his extensive love for the female form with all of us. For some reason he also feels very strongly that women should wear bras. Free flowing tits apparently offend him. Academic Freedom allows UCLA professors to virtually speak about anything they want, and Fink takes full advantage of this. If you can stand listening to his frequent sexual remarks, this will be your easiest A ever.
Oh Professor Fink... As you can see from the grade breakdowns, he is possibly the easiest professor at UCLA and easily the easiest in Communications. This is a double edged sword because you will get an A, but Fink does not care at all about cheating and in my class, cheating was so rampant during the midterm that I literally started laughing during the test. Here's the breakdown of the class:
Structure: The class consists of two multiple choice tests and that's it. There were only 10 class periods total so there are really only 8 total lectures.
Content: It's actually a really interesting class that discusses an array of topics that could be useful later in life. He also very much cares about protecting his students so if you ever have an actual law-based problem, he would help.
Difficulty: This class cannot be classified with any difficulty because there is none.
