I took gs 138 with her. She was unclear but was lenient on deadlines. She honestly didn’t do much clear grading. If you’re a student that likes to learn this class might not be for you. She does teach don’t get me wrong but it can be easy to slack in this class.
Professor Anesi was an understanding and sweet professor. She was flexible with deadlines for students who had extenuating circumstances and did her best to make sure that her lesson plans catered to everyone (in-person, hybrid, and learning completely online were all options for students). There were weekly reading logs but they weren’t difficult and there were 3 weeks where we didn’t have to do them. As long as there was effort, it seemed like everyone got full credit. The midterm was fairly easy (40% of your grade) and same with the final (50% of your grade). The final was a book report ranging from 5-8 pages and you were able to choose from any of the books read during the quarter. Overall, I highly recommend her!
This was for Gender 152 by the way! It wouldn’t let me add the class.
