I took the the Animation, Myth and Folklore Fiat Lux and it was one of my favourite classes at UCLA. We mainly watched cartoons and heard the history behind them. Prof Nagy was obviously very knowledgeable and passionate about the topic. We had a required final presentation about any animation or cartoon that we liked which was very simple and honestly open to interpretation. Professor Nagy also brought us milk and cookies on the last day which was very sweet.
