MGMT 182 is one of those mystical and wonderous classes that don't come around so often. Do you need a break from countless hours of reading articles, books, and stale content that makes you want to pull your brain out? Are you an introvert that can't seem to talk to anyone but your cat and watch Netflix? MGMT 182 is the answer!
You will be forced to get out of your comfort zone and do things that you don't regularly do in our age of technological dominance, but you will gain insight on interview techniques, lessons on communication, and valuable stories that will help you think differently than you did before walking into the class. Just show up, and you'll do well. Trust me, do this for you.
I cannot say enough good things about professor Ullmen! What a gift to undergrads, I wish I would have taken both of his classes I only knew about mgmt 182! With a University that has a grad school in Business yet limited management courses I love that we are able to be exposed to this field at the undergrad level. I am now convinced to pursue an MBA, and this class offers topics that are applicable to anyone or any situation in life. All you have to do is attend class and participate, and you will have a lifelong mentor in John, always willing to help with letters of rec or offer any help he can during class and once class is over.
