Selling textbook: Psychology in Modules

Interesting and engaging. All lecture slides are posted beforehand which is helpful since he can talk pretty fast. Midterm and final make up a big part but its only 50 multiple choice questions that are pretty easy as long as you paid attention in class. Would definitely recommend
I loved this class! The most difficult module was with Dr. Wong; we were tested on parts of the brain and given a lab practical to test our knowledge of associated systems, functions, etc. I studied a lot for this module and made Anki cards, created a Goodnotes notebook with all the notes from class + extremely detailed pictures/labels from the past year's lab practical + study guides that my friends and I created. Since I put in so much work into the Anki deck and notes, I was able to score a high grade on the exam and ended with an A in the class. I'm selling this bundle for $20. Text me if you're interested @ **********!
He is funny and reasonably interesting. I stopped taking notes and just went over the powerpoints later. Don't be fooled by the fact that the tests are multiple choice. You have to know the material pretty well. I did not study at all for the midterm and was very hungover (big mistake!) and got a 66. But with a little studying (and a little less drinking) I got a 96 on the final and managed get a B.
Professor Wong is a really great professor for introduction to psychology. He doesn't just tell you about studies and spews data but he shows videos and tells great stories to give you a real image of different disorders and conditions.
Definitely study lecture slides for the exams, some of the questions are really obscure but not an impossible class.
His tests are not as tricky as I'd previously heard. As long as you study his powerpoint slides (and make sure to take additional notes as he mentions a lot of things in class that aren't in his slides), you will do perfectly fine. The only thing a little nerve wrecking is the fact that his midterm and final are worth the same in his class (each 45%), so you really have to make sure you do good on both to get an A.
