The class consisted of a social media project, a final paper, and participation/attendance. The final paper was graded leniently. There was an extra credit opportunity which was basically a journal about how exposed you are to gender related topics in everyday life. The discussion sections were interesting because the readings were interesting and that was all we discussed about.
Professor was a bit unorganized but enthusiastic about the class. The class wasn't difficult at all but had a good amount of writing since it's for the Writing II requirement. The content was pretty interesting.
This class was so extremely easy and interesting! I can not stress this enough, take this class, we talk about important topics and it’s EASY
Professor Momeni is a really intelligent and amazing person, I just didn't like how they organized their slides and syllabus. It didn't seem to have a clear structure. The readings were solid but we rarely talked about them in lecture which annoyed me. Objectively speaking, this class is easy: lecture 2x a week, a social media project, and a final paper. The only reason why I struggled is because the professor was a little confusing and rarely elaborated on readings.
