Its extremely easy to pass. the class seems useless but just take it its once a week.

You have no choice if you’re an aspiring civil engineer. Just take the damn seminar it’s an easy pass.

An extremely easy class, often boring though. You only need to submit your attendance each week, complete a quiz on the weekly presentation, and participate in a club and professional activity to pass the class.

Very easy pass, interesting introductory course with different guest speakers each week. Some were other professors, some alums who were working in industry. Some weeks were more engaging than others (foreseeably), but overall gave a good overview of the civil engineering department/major and had a very light workload (just one short CCLE quiz to fill out each week).
