Professor Thomas is the BEST PROFESSOR EVER at UCLA. He is so passionate about the material he lectures on, very openminded, flexible, you can reach him easily anytime b/cause he checks his emails, in addition to encouraging all students to visit his office hours.

French 121 required reading a few interesting novels by Emmanuel Dongala, who came to class and autographed our books, and answered any of our questions on the course material.

I am seriously in love with this man!! He is so handsome, so kind and good natured towards students........HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM he is hands down the best french professor at UCLA.

I think I'm in love. Enough said. No, seriously, I have never been as stimulated by the professor's passion in my two and a quarter years at UCLA as I was in this class. You know the minute he starts lecturing that you are truly in the presence of greatness.

I wish he had more office hours! It was only once a week and I had work during his office hours and it was hard for me to get off and go see him. But the two times i tried going, he was off at a meeting. Seems like he has A LOT of meetings. Pretty frustrating. Otherwise, he's a EASY grader of essays. My essay was full of grammer mistakes and somehow i ended with a B+. I would have given myself a C. It's great. If you're a girl, and i know you are because the French major has like 98% females, take this guy. Most girls think he is cute . .in an intellectual british way. Yeah i definately recommend him!
