Very congenial, straight-forward kind of guy. He gets himself sidetracked on amusing little anecdotes sometimes, but they make for a welcome break from the material - they enhance, rather than detract from, the class. All in all I found his segment of the class interesting and well worth my time and effort. His exams are fair.
