One of the best professors I've had, and I'm a grad student (have definitely seen many people teaching). He's very animated and the lectures are really interesting. He is very kind and engaging as well. He lists the "to-do-lists" on the board before every lecture and check off the topics one by one. It's really easy to follow his concepts and I never fell asleep during his class. His quizzes are very similar to what had been covered in the HW or the textbook's practice questions, so if you study it, you'd do fine. His exams are really straight forward, and the best part about it is that you can bring a 1-page (write both sides) cheat sheet to the exam. By making the cheat sheet I organized my thoughts really well and actually learned a LOT!

Good lecturer! He is always enthusiastic about the materials he teaches and brings in cool demos all the time. However, though his lectures give a good overview of the stuff you're supposed to learn, the key to acing the quizzes, midterms ,and finals are in doing the homework. The quizzes and midterms are straightforward and very much like homework problems. Going to class or reviewing his ppts gives you the multiples choice questions. The final was harder, but you get a double-sided cheat sheet. Overall, a good, fair professor.

Great professor. Goes through quickly but hey it's college so there's tons of teachers and tons of different teaching styles. I recommend Dunn, answers questions very thoroughly, even considers many interesting exceptions, very insightful. I like his short answer questions on his tests: very thought provoking and really makes you think/process the material and ensures that you understand the fundamental concepts. Advice: review review review!! Book is a bit dry but it's got lots of great points that help on the test
