This class is great. It's structured like a bschool negotiations course: each week, you're assigned a role, given an info packet, and then roleplay a negotiation in a small group.
No exams. You need to submit a weekly one pager on the previous class' negotiation experience, and one ~12 page paper at the end of the quarter.
Don't bother with the textbooks. Keep in mind that this class is PTE-only, and those go nearly instantly - email O'Neill before the class schedule goes live if you want to get in.
It's an easy class, but fun and interesting. Highly recommended.
I can't tell y'all how much I love professor O'Neill. He's the sweetest man who buys his class pizza and makes lame jokes. The class is really interesting and different bc it's hands on and not super structured. He's the coolest. Wish I talked to him more. Canadians are so nice.
