I am taking neuroscience 101C now and the final is on next wednesday.. although I haven't got the final done, but I have to say professor knowlton is a very good professor. she really likes to discuss with students during lecture time so this makes you feel the lecture is not that dead boring. and she speaks clearly and very slowly making sure everybody understands it. straightforward materials, more interesting compared to the previous modules (more molecular level). Her lectures are more psych oriented and not too much animal experiments.. overall, good professor, very passionate and concerned about students learning.

Prof. Knowlton is a very nice person; however, she has a tendency to make something more confusing when she tries to clarify it. Her slides are very well made; sometimes you don't want to go to lecture anymore, because the slides + book teaches you better. But I suggest coming to class anyway. Please bring coffee and food and chocolates. The class is nearly two hours long, and while the material should be interesting, she has an ability to make lecture dry. It also takes her about an hour and ten minutes before she lets you out for a five minute break.
