I loved this class! Dr. Blackstock-Bernstein is not only a great lecturer, but very understanding and empathetic. Her Canvas page is very organized, and she posted the slides from class there as well (which we were allowed to reference during her "Quizzams"). When things were tense and scary on campus in the Spring, her first priority was making sure we felt comfortable and safe, so she made a Zoom option for class and was very open to suggestions for how to help us manage the course load. I've taken 128 with her as well, and will be in her 105B class this Winter! Overall she taught me a lot and created a safe space to focus on learning rather than feeling pressure and stress to achieve high scores.
