He is such a great professor. He taught everything very well. His midterm was extremely easy, and his final was tricky but not that difficult. It also helped to have an awesome TA because it helped in understanding the material better. Definitely take Alex if you have the chance. He doesn't teach as much at UCLA currently but when he does you can guarantee that you need to enroll in his class by first pass or it'll be full.
