Fall 2018 - Professor Gabra is an excellent teacher. She cares about the success of each and every one of her students. Taking this class was an absolute asset for me as a transfer student. This class gives you valuable information to traverse the UC system and UCLA. The reading is all scanned and available on CCLE. There were 5 (one page minimum papers) reflection papers due throughout the quarter.

Winter 2020 - I took this as a senior and I wish I had taken it earlier. It is so helpful for students who are barely starting their UCLA education. Each week is a different resource topic, like financial aid, library resources, career center, etc. It is very informed and helpful. The assignments are reflections on how you plan on using the resources. The final was a google site we created where we presented everything we learned and hope to gain at our UCLA education. It is a very fun, easy and engaging class. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
