Winter 2025 - I took the matcha and chado fiat lux with Prof. Carriger! It was really eye opening, and I learned a lot about tea practice, tea history, and aesthetics. This class definitely has less of an emphasis on matcha and more of an emphasis on tea practice than most students expected (myself included), but I would still highly recommend it!
