Theater 149 was a little awkward in itself because we were given three different professors who switched off every three weeks or so. Ionazzi definitely knows his stuff. Unfortunately, he is a dry lecturer, which doesn't help when talking about the dry, technical subject of lighting design. Lighting design was one of the sections that I was most excited to learn about, but I was left in the dust when I had a hard time paying attention.

I have never had such a ridiculously unfair professor in terms of grading. For the final project, he never clearly explained what criteria he was looking for and told me not to worry about grading b/c there was "no right or wrong answer". Then he gave me a B, and when I asked him on what basis, he only said "my personal evaluation."
