Fall 2016 - Selling the textbook for the course, $40, like new. Contact ************* if interested Professor Guardino is wonderful! Her lectures were always fun, quizzes on reading were not that hard, and the exams are very straightforward! You can feel that she cares about her students learning the material. The in-class assignments were always engaging and enjoyable. I would recommend anyone regardless the major take this class!

Spring 2016 - Amazing professor. I'm a sociology major who took this class as a G.E. because it seemed interesting. The class was taught by both Walker and Hill. Very clear lectures and the book is easy to follow as well. He will even explain things in lecture if you have any questions. Selling the Loose Leaf text Psychology in Modules for $55. I accept Venmo and will ship priority. Sorry, I moved out of LA its the only way. I will ship asap and give you a tracking number. I paid so much for the books I've been collecting over my time at UCLA. I want to give someone a good deal! HMU. Text: **********. Its loose leaf but I put it back in its original shrinkwrap. I'll send you pics so you can see. No damage whatsoever I take great care of my things. especially textbooks so I can sell them back lol.

His system of writing notes on the board is very helpful. He is a pretty good lecturer and has a dorky sense of humor which is pretty amusing, plus he brings in cool gadgets. The tests can be kind of tricky however....if you go to lecture, read whatever he didn't talk about, and review old tests you should get a good grade.

Had Holyoak for the first module of Psychology 10. Decent professor, talks very slow though. Lectures are very straight forward, following the lecture slides precisely. Pace and content is quite consistent with the textbook. Exams are all recall and straight from the lecture slides or book. However to get a perfect score on the exam, you will need to memorize every detail (even the small ones) from both sources. That means reading the book thoroughly and consistently, not just the lecture slides. If you do so, you will get a very high grade in the class. The average on his exam was a B (about 85-87 I believe).
