Description: (Same as Biological Chemistry M237.) Lecture, two hours; laboratory, two hours. Preparation: one course each in molecular biology, cell biology, and biological chemistry. Discussion of key issues in disease mechanisms, with emphasis on experiments leading to understanding of these mechanisms. Identification of important questions still remaining unanswered.
