Fall 2023 - Pre-recorded lectures and course reader pdf available, email me at ************* at gmail for price The final was harder than the midterm (more questions, more application based conceptual questions), but other than that, he's good at teaching the material while adding in some extra knowledge that makes the theories make more sense. Glad I took 120b with him.

Fall 2020 - Professor Lu is an amazing and engaging lecturer. He provides extremely detailed notes and you do not need the textbook at all. He gives very useful advice about recruiting/CPA exams as well, very helpful and organized professor. This is a hard, but doable class. You just need to study and put in the work. Because of COVID, the exams were online and through Connect, so you have to buy it to take the exam. Exam are open book because they couldn't get funding for examity, but both the midterm and the final were only an hour long so you won't have much time. Grading Breakdown: 4% Accounting fundamentals quiz (super easy) 40% Midterm 56% Final

He's the most helpful and approachable professor ever in anderson. Very straightforward and willling to go over questions with students numerous time. He really cares about the students and makes the materials easier to understand for us. He provides study guide for exams which are helpful. Dont know my grade yet but I truly feel he's the best professor for mgmt classes. I'd take him whenever he teaches!

Winter 2020 - Exams are challenging in this class because they’re open note/open book exams. Professor Woo lectures are clear and concise, but sometimes boring. She just has this really calm and almost monotone voice but obviously this isn’t a big deal. While the lectures notes and the class examples are mostly straight forward and appear simple, DON’T let this fool you. The exams are way more challenging and closer related to the textbook problems, which can become tedious if you wait until the last week to do them. It will drive you crazy because they can get repetitive! But this is honestly the best way to study. I found the midterm in particular to be very time crushed so try not to refer so often to your notes and just do them from memory and double check if you have time in the end. The final was online and I guess because this was very last minute, she made it extremely easy. It was almost pointless to have spent hours on hours studying for an exam that could have easily been aced without having done any hw. Of course, next quarter it will also be online, but by then she probably will change the difficulty since she has time to format a much harder test! I would recommend taking her if you can 8/10
