Description: Lecture, four hours; outside study, eight hours. Requisites: courses 150A, 182C. Review of equations of incompressible flow, finite difference methods and other methods of spatial approximation, time-marching schemes, numerical solution of model partial differential equations, application to Navier/Stokes equations, boundary conditions. Letter grading.
