I took Professor Melchert's Ling 110 course this past quarter and found him to be an extremely well educated man concerning the subject of Historical Linguistics. He gives good examples which do not play on the past cliches we have all heard in into to Ling courses. He is a unique and inventive teacher, I highly recommend taking his course.

Professor Munro is one of the best professors in the universe. She is very inspiring and extremely knowledgeable. Although the class is relatively easy, you won't be lazy because her passion will motivate you to give your best.
