I took K151, which is modern Korean Literature, with his TA Youngju Ryu. She really knows what she's talking about. The stories we read were great. She also knows her Korean history...very well. I would recommend this class...but heed my warning: KEEP UP WITH THE READING!!!!!!! We were supposed to have a final with a "few" essays. But we lucked out. She changed it to all Identifications, where she presents a passage and you identify the author, speaker, and context of the passage. Two words of advice: 1. TAKE NOTES 2. READ STORIES Do thos and you will do "A" OK! Remember, this is with Younju Ryu as the TA.
