the class...SUCKS! If you can't handle the bare walls of Public Policy Building and can't stand the NANO talk for 2.5 hours, DON'T take this class! I totally regreted buying those two stupid books! She IS a nice person and she bought pizzas for our midterms and final, but you have to be a total science nut to convince her that you are just as crazy about science as her. I didn't like her grading policy and that she never had a clear update on the grading breakdown. I did so much work for this once a week course, and ended up with a B+( which I don't even know why since I got an A+ on my midterm). Make sure you evaluate what you want out of this class before you register: if you desperately want a B to boot up your GPA, then you can take it. But if you don't want a 5-unit class that you thought you could ace but ended up with a B+ and brought down your GPA (like me), then DON'T take it. By the way, her TA was useless--don't even understand why she has a TA.
