Winter 2020 - I really liked professor Moe. We read the Handmaid's Tale along with a couple other stories. The readings aside from the novel were a fairly interesting and added perspective to what the main ideas of the book were. The class was very well designed holistically, and the final essay wasn't much of an issue with regards to formulating a thesis and backing it with citation. I'm not sure what other ENGCOMP3 classes are like, but this one is worth taking if you've got to get the GE out of the way. Do the readings, don't cram the essays. It's like any other English class.

Ok do not listen to the negative comments on here! Dr. Moyle is one of the best English teachers I have ever had. The class is soooo easy: two 6 page essays that are REVISABLE and four 1 page little baby short answers. She is really cool, entertaining, and helpful; she actually cares about writing and is meticulous in terms of reading students' papers. The reading is not that bad, seriously there are classes with 3 times as much reading (my roommate has Fretz for English comp 3 and she hates her life, as do the other students in that class). TRUST ME, TAKE MOYLE IF YOU HAVE THE CHANCE. The other teachers really suck, I have heard.
