Colloquium Series: Human Development and Psychology

Description: Seminar, one hour. Required of first-, second-, and third-year Human Development and Psychology (HDP) PhD students. Training to conduct research that has practical implications as well as theoretical significance within field of applied human development. Children's cognitive, language, personality, and social development in educationally relevant settings such as schools and daycare programs. Series unites scholars exploring contemporary issues in applied human development and provides framework to facilitate research and training in human development within school and UCLA community, as well as forum to share information with other investigators and institutions. May be repeated for credit. S/U grading.
