I love Pam! She's a great professor teaching a great subject. If you ever doubted the power of teachers, take her and she'll change your mind. She plans fun activities and class and she is the most understanding professor I have ever met. Every professor should take lessons from her on how to teach. There are tons of assignments, but none too hard to handle. She doesn't give grades per se, but rather she stick to checks and check plusses (+). Stay on top of your work and you're guaranteed a good grade and a fantastic time in her class!!

Summer 2024 - Took this class through zoom. The hours may feel like A LOT but it was not boring at all. the professor makes sure we are all engaging it’s not a boring lecture. Theres plenty of deep conversations an it makes you reflect on your life and appreciate everyone and everything.

Fall 2023 - Really interesting and engaging class with a lot of guest speakers. Mandatory attendance, and three reading quizzes. The quizzes are just writing out everything you know to ensure you did the readings, but they are random when they are assigned. Professor Share is really passionate about the topics he teaches. There was one final group project as well.

Winter 2021 - Professor Share is my favorite professor by far. He provides engaging lectures and brings in speakers each week. He is super supportive and understanding, he really wants what is best for his students. I learned so much during this class and enjoyed every second of it. Professor Share did one-on-one 10 minute entrance and exit interviews to meet us which I thought was really nice because professors never really do this kind of stuff. The readings were interesting and related to the topics we discussed each week. There was groupwork but it was honestly really easy because we assigned each other different sections. There are small projects throughout the quarter and a midterm and final essay. The final essay was basically a revision of our midterm essay but with a broader analysis. I highly recommend this class!
