He makes the course interesting because he introduces a broad range of applications of lasers to the biomedical field. The course in its nature however is broad but shallow, which makes most of the questions possible in homeworks and tests conceptual. Not much math needed. He is very excited about what he's teaching and while his lecturing sometimes induces sleep, he is a teacher that cares about instructing.
