I had Levan for both EE 102 and EE 142. Out of all of my electrical engineering classes, he's the only one who actually teaches you how to do problems. Every lecture was paced appropriately and included review, theory, and examples. If you pay attention and take good notes, everything will eventually make sense. The only drawback with him is that he can be mean when you ask questions in class. While the exams in EE 102 were notoriously too long , I found that he was a lot more lenient in EE 142 in terms of grading. Unfortunately since he is retired, he will only teach when the department asks for help. If that opportunity ever comes up again as it did this year, I would definitely recommend taking any class for him.
