Taking Professor's Spencer class is an experience I will never forget. Her class was difficult and the content very interesting. The discussions during the seminar were intellectually stimulating. She is a good source of information. At times I felt like giving up and dropping the class, but she insisted on pushing me to the limits and demanding the best of me and not allowing me to sell my self short. Her constructive criticism on my writing skills have helped me through my college carreer. I recommend students to take her class. I tell one thing, she does not give any give away grades. She will make you work for that A, but in the end is all worth it.
