Spring 2024 - I took this class during spring quarter to fulfill my visual and performance GE and it was super fun and one of the easiest GE's I have taken. The professor is very understanding and he offered 10 points extra credit. His grade breakdowns are evenly distributed. There was no midterm and the final consisted of a one page front and back essay over something regarding to the course content that was completely up to you to chose. Lectures can get kind of boring since they're almost 2 hours and the professor would walk around class with a microphone asking for opinions. During the last class the UCLAtlan mariachi performed which was pretty cool. Overall this class was super fun and very easy, I would definitely recommend it.
