Winter 2023 - This was the worst class I’ve taken at UCLA. If you plan on having a life and time for other classes, this is not the class for you. This is 12 units of work in one class. The homework assignments take forever and the group project is hell on earth. I don’t think any of the groups actually finished. Do not put off the project until the end, you will not have time to finish. The Professor makes a concerted effort to not answer questions. He will try to be as vague as possible. The only plus is that there isn’t a single answer for most questions, so as long as you make an effort and get a reasonable answer, you won’t lose huge points. The quizzes are purposefully tricky, read them carefully. And prepare for the worst. Good luck. You’ll need it.
