I listened to a pirated copy of the Teaching Company course Robert did whilst I was building my kit plane. It was a bit over my head but I listened to it over and over. Having the diagrams would probably help a great deal. One very cool guy. I really loved the story about his son with the soda can. THX Robert !!

Course taken: Air Pollution (A&O 3) Professor Turco is a good person. He is a good lecturer and is prepared all the time. Sometimes he does some scientific experiment in class, which you have to pay attention to as it comes out on quizzes and exams. But his textbook has a serious problem. When it comes to an environmental issue like the air pollution, I think keeping up with the most recent data is the most important thing. However, almost all of the graphs and statistics about the extent of air pollution in the atmosphere are at least 20 to 30 years old. Also many of estimated amounts and numbers and theories and hypothesis explained in the book are hardly believable. If there is one good thing about this class, it will be the high curve that professor Turco adds to your grades. I massed up some quizzes, got a C on the midterm and a B on the final, and never participated during discussions. So, I thought I would get a B or B+, but I got an A. So, I don't know if this is an easy class or not because I got bad grades on the exams even though I thought they were pretty easy. And I got a grade far higher than what I was expecting to get.
